Looks like the merger might actually be happening but I think people have been saying that since the process was introduced over a year and a half ago. At this point I am with Howard and will not expect anything until we have The David Bowie channel on Sirius.

I thought Monday’s show was great. Howard again proved why he is the king of the interview, the interview with the guy who had spent decades in prison was moving and enlightening all at the same time. Artie did not monopolize too much of the show which I always like because I am so sick and tired of that fat ass, get it together all ready!

Not too sure what is going on with the show today I missed the beginning of the replay since I was yacking it up on the phone so I will just have to check later.

Now I am just throwing this out there but who thinks Jim broke things off with Robin so that he could go after Sarah Silverman. Any thoughts????

I loved the show today, that Ronnie the Limo Driver shit cracks me up all the time. “Score’s Man” makes me fucking laugh. I happened to be listening with my Mom today in the car and it seemed that Fred was a little trigger happy today with the porn clips today and it made for some very awkward moments in the car but I just tried to laugh it off. How can you not laugh at those clips just wondering at what the visual of that young guy fucking that old lady must look like?

O.K. readers I have been having such a hard time with my Sirius reception lately and I have tried the antenna in just about every room in the house. The antenna has a hard time “acquiring signal” and it makes me want to throw the whole thing through the window, any suggestions you might have for making it get a better signal would be great.

As you can tell I have a small amount of animosity towards Artie. He has really turned into such an asshole these past couple of years. Totally self-destructing and taking the show for granted he truly has rubbed me the wrong way for quite sometime now. The blow-up at Howard after he tried to hook Artie up with some girl that called in and said she was into fat guys, throwing the CD at Sal after he voiced his opinion about Beer League and the fight with Teddy where you really say his true colors have all made just the mention of Artie put a bad taste in my mouth.

It does sound like the USO appearance was a hit and that the troops enjoyed it and ultimately that is great. To hear about what the troops have to go through everyday really did bring tears to my eyes and I think it is important for the general public to be reminded that we are also at war in Afghanistan but did we need a whole 3-hour recap of Artie?

Well, there is always tomorrow and I look forward to catching up with current events and getting Howard’s perspective on what has happened for the past few weeks and hopefully some inside info on the Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel break-up so we will just have to see what happens.

What do you think about the long anticipated first day back from vaction? Am I overreacting about the attention that was given to Artie or were you hoping for more also?

I have to highly recommend checking out Howard TV if it is part of your cable package. We watched the funniest fight last night between Howard, Gary and Sal about an incident on the wrap-up show. I love to watch how Howard keeps his cool while everyone else is scrambling to find excuses or explain their behavior, I wish I could argue so well. I am a little hesitant to revisit the Artie and Teddy fight because it is really brutal to watch but I am sure that it will be watched before it is taken out of the rotation. The fight with Ronnie and Howard is queued up for tonight and it is going to be good.

Well, it is Thursday which means new shows on Monday and that is when this blog will get good. I just wanted to throw something out there to hopefully generate a little buzz - how many of you out there think that Howard will come back on the air on Monday and announce that he is married? Don’t get me wrong I am not pissed, I definately think Howard should take as much time off as he wants he has earned it but I really miss the show the mornings that it is not on.

Now this is not the part where you tell me that I am not a true fan because I am, I had a satellite radio before I ever had cable T.V. Part of my love for the show comes from the everday happenings of the show and the personal lives of the staff members that we are kept abreast of so nicely. I don’t care about Jackie nor do I want to hear his bits. I want new shows.

There is however one positive that comes from the show being on vacation and that is that new episodes of (more…)
